D-Flex

double-body wave, to allow more extensive movements

d-flex

Flanged rubber joints D-FLEX are constructed with double-body wave, to allow more extensive movements than A-FLEX. These joints are used in situations where the mono wave model fails to arrive because the axial movements, lateral, angular and are larger. As for the other models, the flanged model D-FLEX can be built with different mixes depending on conveyed fluid (EPDM, NBR, HYPALON, NEOPRENE, VITON etc..). Currently these couplings are supplied upon request with any type of flanges (UNI PN 6, 10, 16, 25 ..., ANSI 150, 300, etc.) and with different materials (carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316, etc.). The diameters available on request, from DN 25 to 700.
